My name is Julien Canales but my teammates call me a variety of names like J, DrJ, and sometimes Jewels. I am  notorious for my long luscious hair and sometimes not following the workouts...but overall I am a chill, little Mexican. I like to play Minecraft, COD, and geometry dash. I also like Ramen...Chicken flavor

Nice mid distance run @ Sullivan Park with the bois! We started at the park then looped around Shonbkie (Probably not how you spell it but oh well) at a decent pace then we did some roller coasters hills which were fun btw! Half way through we picked it up but not a tempo pace just yet and I felt good!! It was a good run with the bois today :)

Man what a great way to start the week :) Had another nice Mid distance run today with the bois. I believe we did a 20 minute warm then eased into a tempo for 25 then cooled for about 15 minutes :)) We had a nice strong pack for the most of it but the last mile we lost a couple of our teammates but I'm proud of them cause they jumped paces and minutes. Can't wait to see how this team does

Nice easy run with the squad today :) We ran 20 on the road, then 15 on the grass with 8 striders. After the run I stretched, rolled, and waited for the kids to come for kids club. Had a fun time with them! We played Capture the flag and did a rely race!

Mid distance run with the bois on Prospector and it was lit :) We had some 2(1m 2m 1m) pick ups with 4 minute recovery. Also we saw a red racer snake on the side of the trail and we thought it was a rattlesnake so we jumped off to the side and screamed like little girls :( Also on one of our pick ups we were heading done a small hill and Dylan yelled "Stop" and I couldn't cause I was running down it and I tried to stop and I ate it and for the last 15 minutes it sucked :/

First long run of the season and it was amazing! I was feeling good all the way up till the last mile, that's when I broke off Carson and both of us were alone :/ next time I'll stick with him the whole time. I felt great after tho, did some nice stretching too

Long run with the bois :) Was feeling a little better then I did last week but my shins are still bothering me :/ I liked how I was seeing Mikey up with us, just seeing his progression since Freshman year has been amazing and he and the team has taught me lit stuff! Can't wait to race with them

Nice easy run with the bois, did a different route then usual and I liked it :)) 20 minutes on the road then 20 minutes on the grass with 8 striders. After that we had kids club and they were doing their first race and it was epic!


Did a cheese run after weights and a dicussion with the team, I thought it would be a lot hotter but it was alright

Me and the bois did a trail/hilly run that I really like called Dino cliffs! I felt really good, my shins are were feeling better, it was just a great run overall :)

2nd tempo of the season with the boys! I felt great, great form, and a great thoughts through out the workout :)) The first half was good, went through the first and second mile at 6:15 then 6:07 and lastly 5:45 


No weights for me today :( but still got a easy run in

Basically did the Dogtown half marathon backwards but started at Heritage Park then did some striders at the end
