Long run with the bois :) Was feeling a little better then I did last week but my shins are still bothering me :/ I liked how I was seeing Mikey up with us, just seeing his progression since Freshman year has been amazing and he and the team has taught me lit stuff! Can't wait to race with them

Nice easy run with the bois, did a different route then usual and I liked it :)) 20 minutes on the road then 20 minutes on the grass with 8 striders. After that we had kids club and they were doing their first race and it was epic!

Did a cheese run after weights and a dicussion with the team, I thought it would be a lot hotter but it was alright

Me and the bois did a trail/hilly run that I really like called Dino cliffs! I felt really good, my shins are were feeling better, it was just a great run overall :)

2nd tempo of the season with the boys! I felt great, great form, and a great thoughts through out the workout :)) The first half was good, went through the first and second mile at 6:15 then 6:07 and lastly 5:45

Long run with Alex, Carson, and Mikey! We started at the church by my house then worked our way to the Greens springs park. We were talking about rattle snakes for some reason but it was pretty chill. Then we ended up on the Mustang Pass trail and ran on that, their was a billion grasshoppers jumping up everytime we stepped on that trail. Also near the end alex had to do a front flip in one of the golfing pools cause he lost on what are the odds
