Sick run out on the Turkey Farm road. Had some pickups (1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 3) with 3 minutes in between them. I was feeling great, can't wait to tear it up on the track :)

Morning run and weights
20 warm/15 cool
Root Beer mile!!! Every was throwing up in front me and it was gross. I almost made it, I had like 150 meters left, until my stomach had enough :/ But then I had a beast life kick after cuz my stomach was empty:) got a time of 19:35

Morning run with the team. Only a couple of us showed up and it was pretty lame, wish more people came but that's alright.

Beast long run with the squad with 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 3 pick ups :) I was feeling great just a little tired at the end but overall a 9/10. Can't wait for our next workout, I'm just so pumped for the season to start
