Today was probably the most miserable run I ever had!!! I was drenched because of coach dumped me in the gutter :/ and it was windy as crap so I was freezing, then after we did 6 striders to finish our run

Had a beast run in the desert wash with Carson and Alex. Mid way through our run Alex had symptoms of a heart attack so he decided to stop and go up the trail to the road while me and Carson ran back to his car to go get alex :) Now we are at Denny's to eat some pancakes

Today's run was long which I like cuz I have the opportunity to bond with the team more. We did a river trail run along the virgin river with pick-ups which was also fun cuz I love running fast :))) As we had about 15 minutes left some of my fellow teammates were following behind so I slowed down and helped them get back to the back and I felt happy that I did because for the rest of the run they stayed with us.

Felt great during this workout :) 10 minute warm then had 3 rep tempo moving in to a 3 rep at threshold pace. Then we had 5x1:00 CV pace with equal recovery then had a lap to recovery. Next we did a 3 rep threshold then a 3 rep tempo to finish off the workout. Then we finished on the track.

Ran a beast race/time trial (1500m) out on PV Track :) did a 15 warm then 5 minutes at easy tempo. Then it was time for the race, Dallen and Carson were leading pretty much the whole time until I came out of no where and passed them with a solid time of 4:19.98! My first win, probably my only one. Next we did 2x800 at CV pace and boi I was tired then did a 25 cool to finish the run

Did a nice, chill 85 minute run with the team in the morning with pickups (2 1 3 2 1 2). I also learned a lesson or two today from my coach. Which honestly I should listen and learn from him more because he is the one who built this legendary team which I am a part of but sometimes I don't feel like I am apart of this team cause he sees me as a leader but I don't think I'm doing it right :/. But what I like about him is that he still is guiding me on the path to become the best I can, he is the best coach anyone could ask for hands down!!

We started at the park then looped around Shonbkie (Probably not how you spell it but oh well) at a decent pace then we did some roller coasters hills which were fun btw! Half way through we picked it up but not a tempo pace just yet and I felt good!! It was a good run with the bois today :)

Man what a great way to start the week :) Had another nice Mid distance run today with the bois. I believe we did a 20 minute warm then eased into a tempo for 25 then cooled for about 15 minutes :)) We had a nice strong pack for the most of it but the last mile we lost a couple of our teammates but I'm proud of them cause they jumped paces and minutes. Can't wait to see how this team does

Mid distance run with the bois on Prospector and it was lit :) We had some 2(1m 2m 1m) pick ups with 4 minute recovery. Also we saw a red racer snake on the side of the trail and we thought it was a rattlesnake so we jumped off to the side and screamed like little girls :( Also on one of our pick ups we were heading done a small hill and Dylan yelled "Stop" and I couldn't cause I was running down it and I tried to stop and I ate it and for the last 15 minutes it sucked :/

We were talking about rattle snakes for some reason but it was pretty chill. Then we ended up on the Mustang Pass trail and ran on that, their was a billion grasshoppers jumping up everytime we stepped on that trail. Also near the end alex had to do a front flip in one of the golfing pools cause he lost on what are the odds

The squad went out and did Sand Hill. I really like doing workouts like this-It was fun and tough, I like seeing everyone conquering the hill one by one. We had to time the way uo and down and bith me and Carsin both got 10:50 up and 6:38 down. Then we went and extanded all over town which was not the best thing in the world but it was still a great run overall. I liked seeing Mikey with us and did Level 3 minutes, I cannot wait to see him go all out on the courses and the rest of my teammates.

First mile I was feeling good, I was right with Dylan and then started to break off in the 2nd mile with Logan, then coach told me to go and I tried, coming up the hill was a little hard, then I felt so slow going down the final stretch and Dylan passed me with like 15 feet but I kicked just a little more I passed him. After the race I started crying like a baby cuz my hip was hurting bad, so I went back to the tent and layed down with ice on my hips
